Goals
- Be HAPPY and be PATIENT (smile, greet others with positive friendly face and tone- including hubby, kids, and mom!
- NO YELLING, No hitting
- In bed at 10pm, up at 6:30am (establish this routine and then add on Arabic)
- PRAY
- Lose 60lbs by May.
- Drink 48oz of water per day
- Work out four times per week
- Keep the house CLEAN and organized as I can. Dishes in/out dw. Laundry on Mondays and Saturdays.
- Keep Julianna active with things 3x/week, potty train start new year, BOP out before the new year
- Eat food at the table, no snacking one hour before meals
- Use a menu planner for meal planning
