A trying Monday

So far, I tried to do pilates, but had both the kids rolling on me.  I'm also VERY tired today, too.  Was a fun Sunday in Fargo with my sisters, but we are all exhausted.
I started cal counting today.  And I also am trying a thing from myrecipes.com.  I plan to enter 4 weeks worth of menus and have them rotate.  Easy, free, and recipes I like for the kids.

Some of my goals for this week include
-count cals, drink 48 o water, workout four times
-finish mahmoud's usmle stuff
-send the packet on the duplex
I'd also like to copy our pics onto a dvd and the turbo fire onto dvds

Goals

  1.  Be HAPPY and be PATIENT (smile, greet others with positive friendly face and tone- including hubby, kids, and mom!
  2. NO YELLING, No hitting
  3. In bed at 10pm, up at 6:30am (establish this routine and then add on Arabic)
  4. PRAY
  5. Lose 60lbs by May.
  6.  Drink 48oz of water per day
  7.  Work out four times per week
  8. Keep the house CLEAN and organized as I can.  Dishes in/out dw.  Laundry on Mondays and Saturdays.  
  9.  Keep Julianna active with things 3x/week, potty train start new year, BOP out before the new year
  10.  Eat food at the table, no snacking one hour before meals
  11.  Use a menu planner for meal planning

Taking each day at a time

Sun night- bed at 10:30 or so after nursing, 1:30 awake with Mahmoud and nursed Gabi.  I think I slept straight through til 7:15am! Feeling Great!

Today, I worked out for 30 minutes WHILE Julianna was up and Gabi took her late morning nap. I also made a nutrious lunch and made J & G wait for it.  Talked to Sabiha, made lunch plans for Thursday.  t 2, J is having a snack and Gabi has been sleeping for 45 minutes.  I'll shower next.  3pm, fold laundry.  4:45 leave for Nana's, drop off Gabi and register Julianna for gymnastics.  

Home at 7pm, dinner started.... eating by 8pm?
Gabi in bed at 7:30pm, Julianna in bed at 8:15pm.  Good luck with that!
